PRE-SALES LARGE FORMAT PRINTER (ENGINEER)

Responsible for supporting pre-sales activities for the Large Format Printer Business, delivering technical expertise, conducting needs assessments, and recommending customized printing solutions (hardware, software, workflows). Coordinate and execute proof-of-concept (POC) sessions and print sample testing. Collaborate cross-functionally and conduct training for both internal and external parties. Pre-sales will partner with the sales team and project managers to support clients.

Requirements:

Minimum S1 (Bachelor's) degree in any major; graduates from well-known universities are preferred, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with IT hardware products and a good understanding of the printing industry are advantages. Experience in sales, good communication skills, and the ability to handle projects independently from inception to completion are required. Experience in managing and working with channel partners, possibly in a multi-channel environment, is a plus.

General Requirements:

Minimum GPA of 3.00. Excellent knowledge of English and Bahasa; proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese is a plus. Pleasant interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and good presentation skills. Strong team player with the ability to work independently, possessing strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
