Pre Sales Engineer

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimal Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT and/or marketing management
2. Having working experience in Internet Service Provider industry at least 3 years
3. Knowledge of customer business processes & project business case
4. Ability to have a business-oriented vision
5. Ability to read RFP
6. Skills and knowledge required to prepare and present tenders or proposals
7. Having strong customer communication skills, good interpersonal
8. Dynamic, active, hardworking and target oriented
9. Able to work in a team, energetic, strong negotiation skill and presentable
10. Capable working with computer (ex. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)
11. Good medical record
12. Excellent interpersonal relationship building, presentation and conversational skill
13. Fluent in English both spoken and written.

Job Descriptions:

1. Understand and determine the client's technical requirements and provide them with solutions tailored to their specific needs.
2. Suggest appropriate and effective solutions based on the clients' identified technical needs.
3. Plan sales strategies in response to market and competitors’ behavior.
4. Build lasting relationships with customers.
5. Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients.
6. Helping the sales team to reach targets.
7. Prepare sales proposals and train other sales representatives from time to time.
8. Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process.
9. Pre- and Post-Sales support for products including design, technical advice, and point of contact.
10. Build custom demonstrations and deliver Proof of Concepts (POC) to customers.
