Job description

  • Working with Sales to drive the pre-sales phase by introducing Company Channel Solutions product/services offering and provide product demonstrations functionality, system architecture, etc. by interfacing with prospective and current customers, distributors and partners (both at business and technical level).
  • Understand banking business and operational goals the prospect has and recommend Company solutions that ensure the optimum usage and utilization of products and services; this can include a full pre-sales lifecycle from RFI response/requirement analysis to running a scoping exercise or engaging in a prototype/proof of concept for agreed requirements.
  • Having a detailed knowledge of the functionality and technology of Company Channel Solutions product range.
  • Answer requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs) in a detailed and professional manner.
  • Build on banking software knowledge to support and deliver excellent presentations to clients and prospects, including demonstrations (creation of product data used to demo product capability).
  • Prepare and deliver solution-based product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
  • Provide banking and product expertise and solution blueprints.

Requirements:

  • Min. 5 Years Experience
  • Preference from Software Principal Technology or Leading System Integration Software Company in Indonesia
  • Having good and proven experience in technical/pre-sales for enterprise software solutions (Switching, Payment System, Card Management System, Digital Banking)
  • Having experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) business
  • Having good knowledge and keep up to date with software solutions related to payment, switching, and cards
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to present to an audience from C-Level to End User, clearly articulate the value of Company products will bring to an organization, gain trusted advisor respect, and help influence, make well-executed systems presentations and clearly articulate Company products' value.
  • Able to work from the office and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good communication and presentation skills in Bahasa and English are a must
  • Must be open, flexible, and creative regarding time management and scheduling
