1. Financial Sector Expertise: Engage with enterprise clients in the banking, insurance, and financial sectors to understand industry-specific needs, such as compliance, uptime, security, and data sovereignty.
2. Solution Design: Architect customized IT infrastructure and cloud solutions that address high availability, disaster recovery, regulatory compliance (e.g., PDP, local financial regulations), and data protection.
3. Client Engagement: Lead technical discussions and discovery sessions with client CTOs, CIOs, infrastructure heads, and compliance officers to align solutions with business and IT goals.
4. Proposal Development: Craft technical proposals, solution architectures, and cost models that reflect the complexities and compliance requirements of financial institutions.
5. Security & Compliance: Advise on secure architectures and support the creation of technical documentation required for internal audits and external regulatory submissions.
6. PoC: Lead PoCs and demonstrations that validate performance, security, and scalability of proposed solutions under financial-grade workloads.
   Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, delivery, cloud architects, and risk teams to ensure a smooth handover and solution implementation.
7. Thought Leadership: Provide insights on digital transformation trends in FSS, including hybrid cloud adoption, legacy system modernization, and secure cloud migration strategies

Requirements

• 5+ years in a pre-sales or solution architecture role, with at least 3 years supporting financial services clients.
• Deep technical understanding of IT infrastructure: servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and security.
• Proven experience in project management as Project Manager and other roles.
• Experience in designing and selling cloud solution (AWS, Azure) will be advantage.
• Familiarity with Financial industry regulations and standards.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, including technical deep dives and executive briefings.
