A logistics and fuel supply company based in Jakarta Barat is seeking a Pre-Airfield Supervisor to manage logistics and operational activities for aviation fuel supply. The ideal candidate will oversee fuel terminal operations, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and coordinate delivery schedules. Candidates should have a degree in engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
The Pre-Airfield Supervisor is responsible for managing the readiness of logistics and operational activities related to the supply of Aviation Turbine Fuel (Avtur) from upstream points such as fuel terminals, storage tanks, and supply points, up to the handover point before entering the airfield. This role is essential in ensuring fuel availability, smooth transportation, and compliance with aviation safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Monitor and ensure daily operations at fuel terminals, Avtur storage tanks, and supply points run smoothly in accordance with SOPs.
Coordinate and manage delivery schedules of Avtur to airports or satellite depots, including coordination with transport vendors.
Supervise and inspect loading, storage, and dispatch processes from tanks to transport vehicles.
Ensure the implementation of Quality Control and HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) procedures in all supply and handling activities.
Maintain accurate Avtur inventory records, both physical and system-based (including daily stock reports and movement logs).
Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure seamless distribution.
Report operational deviations, logistical issues, or abnormal conditions promptly and clearly to supervisors.
Support internal audits, regular inspections, and emergency response drills within the terminal and logistics areas.
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Logistics).
Minimum 3 years of experience in fuel terminal operations, fuel logistics, or Avtur supply chain (preferred).
Knowledgeable in terminal fuel management systems, inventory control, and aviation fuel regulations.
Willing to work in shifts and on-site field operations.
Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and committed to safety and operational efficiency.
HSSE, Avtur Handling, or Transport Safety certifications are a plus.
Physically fit and safety-conscious, with the ability to work in industrial environments (tank farms, loading areas).
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, especially for technical documentation and reporting.
Possession of SIM A (driver’s license) may be required for field mobility.
