It still stands strong and grand despite the competition. BINUS Group seeks an experienced coordinator to organize practicum activities, manage assistant schedules, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting across laboratories and programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize preparation and implementation of practicum activities in related Laboratory
• Keep track the assistant attendance
• Prepare and conduct operational activities related to teaching and learning (e.g., practicum guidebook development for assistant, practicum calendar, assistant scheduling)
• Organize the preparation and regular practicum meetings
• Ensure accurate practicum contents and documentations
• Coordinate with Subject Content Coordinator / Subject Content Specialist for practicum content development
• Organize assistant recruitment process (in coordination with Head of related Laboratory and Head of Program)
• Coordinate with Training and Competition Coordinator for Assistant Enrichment/ Teaching Preparation Program
• Conduct teaching preparation program and enrichment program to assistants
• Coordinate with mentors/ Lecturers for the Assistant’s Teaching Preparation Training
• Conduct report and recapitulation of assistant performance / EJA (Evaluasi Jasa Asisten) (every semester)
• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
