Job description

The PR Sales Manager is a pivotal, dynamic role at The Mesa Bali, our premier nightlife destination located in the vibrant heart of Canggu, Berawa. This individual is responsible for driving the club's revenue growth and enhancing its brand reputation through innovative public relations and strategic sales initiatives.

This hybrid role requires a proactive and results-oriented professional who can seamlessly blend the art of public relations with the science of sales. Key responsibilities include:

Developing and Executing Integrated Strategies: Designing and implementing comprehensive PR campaigns and sales plans that attract a diverse clientele, including international tourists, expats, corporate groups, and local patrons.

Revenue Generation: Aggressively pursuing and securing high-value bookings for private events, corporate functions, and large group reservations. This includes actively driving bottle service sales, VIP table bookings, and other premium experiences.

Brand Advocacy & Media Relations: Acting as the primary liaison with local and international media outlets, lifestyle influencers, and key opinion leaders to secure positive press coverage, features, and brand partnerships that elevate [Nightclub Name]'s profile.

Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, hotel concierges, villa managers, tour operators, promoters, and VIP guests to ensure repeat business and glowing referrals.

Promotional Campaign Management: Conceptualizing, organizing, and executing engaging promotional nights, themed events, and special activations that create buzz and attract new customers.

Market Analysis: Continuously monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback within the Bali nightlife scene to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies for maximum impact.

Collaboration: Working closely with the General Manager, Operations, Bar, Marketing, and Entertainment teams to ensure a cohesive guest experience, seamless event execution, and alignment with the club's overall vision.

Requirements:

3-5 years of proven sales and PR experience in hospitality, nightlife, or entertainment, specifically with revenue generation success.

Strong existing network within Bali's media, tourism, corporate, and entertainment sectors.

Track record in event sales, bottle service, and corporate bookings.

Proficiency in CRM software and social media management.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

Strategic Sales & Negotiation: Expert at identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and consistently exceeding sales targets.

Public Relations & Communication: Exceptional written/verbal communication, media relations, and brand advocacy skills.

Relationship Building (Bali Context): Adept at fostering strong connections with diverse local and international clients, VIPs, and industry partners, with cultural sensitivity.

Operational Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly with operations to ensure flawless event execution.

Digital Marketing Savvy: Proficient in social media platforms and digital content strategies relevant to nightlife.
