Job summary

PT Cemerlang Tunggal Intikarsa (CTI Group Jakarta) seeks a strategic PR & Content Marketing Lead to elevate its visibility in the IT sector. You will design and execute PR campaigns, lead media relations, and steer content across blogs, case studies, product pages, emails, and social media.

You will mentor a growing PR & Content team while ensuring brand voice, technical accuracy, and SEO best practices. Fluent English is required; experience in B2B tech is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PR and/or content marketing, ideally within B2B, IT, or technology industries.
• Proven experience managing media relations and lead branding activity.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical topics into clear & engaging content.
• Fluent in English written and spoken.
• SEO and content performance knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR & Content Marketing strategies to enhance company visibility in the B2B IT industry.
• Manage media relations: press releases, media kits, interview arrangements, and ongoing relationship building with journalists and media partners.
• Prepare corporate communication materials, including CEO statements, executive speeches, and crisis communication plans.
• Identify and pursue PR opportunities such as industry awards, partnerships, and speaking engagements.
• Lead content development across blog articles, case studies, customer testimonials, product pages, email marketing, and social media.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, technical accuracy, and SEO best practices.
• Lead and mentor a growing PR & Content team.
