Responsibilities

1. Analyze and evaluate the performance of individual equipment and unit processes to enhance plant reliability.
2. Review and improve the Total Monomer Ratio (TMR) to optimize plant effectiveness.
3. Collaborate with production engineers to gather analysis, calculations, and recommendations.
4. Review and analyze process production using technical and statistical methods to optimize operational reliability and product quality.
5. Initiate Management of Change (MOC) processes at the PP plant to improve operability and reliability.
6. Develop Process Safety Management (PSM) implementation plans with relevant sections in the PP Plant to achieve zero accidents and incidents.
7. Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives with related sections in the PP Plant to attain a world-class TPM standard.
8. Analyze energy management systems and audit results, recommending improvements to meet standards.
9. Coordinate with related functions to carry out production trials, including product, equipment, system, or catalyst testing, and provide suggestions to achieve trial objectives.
10. Conduct risk assessments in the PP Plant to achieve zero accidents and incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with up to 1 year of related experience are preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and daily operational tools.

This position will be located at the Site Office in Cilegon.
