Job summary

Beca in Indonesia is seeking a Power Systems Drafter to support a growing Asia Pacific team. You will produce routine drawings under supervision, develop CAD skills, and ensure outputs meet industry standards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and/or 3D drafting.
• Exposure to Autodesk Inventor is an advantage.
• Experience in power projects is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Completed tertiary or technical qualification – SMK, D3, or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and/or 3D drafting
• While not essential, exposure to Autodesk Inventor is an advantage
• While not essential, experience in power projects is an advantage
• Working proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
• Maintain professionalism and act in accordance with industry ethics
• Align contributions and efforts with organisational objectives
• Comply with all company HSE systems and procedures relevant to the role
• Work cooperatively and collaboratively, willingly accepting shared workload and supporting others as needed
• Perform other duties as directed
