Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Energy Conversion Engineering or related field
• 3 - 5 years of experience in the field
• Proficiency in operating WTP, WWTP, Turbine, Boiler, Generator, Compressor, and Cooling Water systems
• Strong supervisory, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and safety protocols
• Willingness to work shifting hours
• Experience in the Sugar or Manufacturing Industry is a plus

Role Description:

1. Supervise and control the operation of Power Plant & Utility according to SOP
2. Ensure the availability of supporting materials (Fuel, Chemicals, etc.) for operational needs
3. Evaluate operational performance to increase productivity
4. Manage and direct work systems to achieve targets
5. Compile and evaluate operational reports and data
6. Prepare SOP & IK for certification or external audits
7. Implement 5R and K3L in the work unit
