PT Jawa Satu Power is seeking a dedicated Civil Maintenance Technician to maintain and improve civil and stationary structures across the facility, ensuring reliability and safe operations. You will perform routine, preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance per established procedures, and support outage work as needed.

The ideal candidate has a D3 in Civil Engineering or related field, 3–5 years’ experience in civil maintenance within power plants or industrial facilities, and

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of civil operation & maintenance or construction experience in power plants/industrial facilities.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and technical documents.
• Familiar with Quality Control Plans (QCPs) and maintenance planning concepts.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine, preventive, corrective, and emergency civil maintenance activities per established procedures.
• Execute inspection, maintenance, repair, and overhaul of civil and stationary structures within plant facilities.
• Maintain concrete structures, drainage systems, roads, buildings, pipelines, tanks, and related infrastructure.
• Support the development and optimization of maintenance job plans based on site conditions and industry best practices.
• Participate in criticality and risk reviews to enhance maintenance effectiveness and plant availability.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with approved Quality Control Plans (QCPs).
• Support and execute unit outages for inspections, repairs, overhauls, and cleaning activities.
• Record work completion and maintenance findings in the Plant Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Assist in spare parts and material forecasting to support plant reliability.
• Supervise contractors and ensure full compliance with HSE requirements.
• Prepare daily reports and major maintenance reports for the Civil Supervisor.
• Maintain updated technical documentation and maintenance records.
