Job summary

Zoetis in Indonesia is looking for an Associate, Product Management to support execution of product management and marketing activities for the Poultry portfolio. You will coordinate launches, campaigns, trainings, and market analyses to drive business growth.

The role involves working with Sales, Technical Services, and cross‑functional teams to provide insights on trends, competitor activity, and customer needs for informed decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry, Animal Science, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing, Product Management, Technical Services, Sales, or related role in Animal Health or Poultry.
• Basic understanding of poultry production, animal health products, and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of product and marketing plans for Poultry portfolio.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, events, and training.
• Work with Sales, Technical, Supply Chain to support business objectives.
• Monitor sales, market trends, competitor activities, and feedback.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, analyses, and presentations.
• Maintain product information, pricing data, forecasts, and trackers.
• Assist in developing marketing materials and communication tools.
• Support product training for internal teams, distributors, customers.
• Conduct field visits to gain market insights.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, KOLs.
• Monitor marketing spend and align with budgets.
• Provide market insights to support decisions.
• Perform other product management and marketing duties.
