Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking a Portfolio Coordinator to support the delivery of strategic transformation initiatives across Finance and Tax.

You will partner with Delivery Leads and Transformation Office specialists to coordinate governance activities and maintain delivery information.

You will enable high-quality delivery practices, help teams adopt frameworks and tools, and ensure stakeholders have access to clear, timely information to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• As a Portfolio Coordinator, you will support the successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives across Finance and Tax.
• Partnering with Delivery Leads, Delivery Managers, Initiative Owners and Transformation Office specialists, you will help coordinate governance activities, maintain delivery information, support reporting processes and provide visibility of portfolio performance, risks, milestones and dependencies.
• You will play a key role in enabling high-quality delivery practices, supporting teams to adopt agreed frameworks and tools, and ensuring stakeholders have access to clear, accurate and timely information to support decision-making.
