Job summary

ParagonCorp in Jakarta seeks a Finance Transformation Lead to drive the finance project from planning through execution. You will coordinate across Finance, Commercial & Marketing, and Technology teams to ensure alignment, manage milestones, and report progress to stakeholders.

The role requires strong expertise in finance transformation, change management, and UAT leadership, with preference for consumer goods finance exposure and SAP ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Experience 6–10 years, with at least 3–4 years in commercial or marketing finance.
• Experience managing a multi-stakeholder project or system implementation — preferably in the consumer goods industry.
• Hands-on familiarity with trade fund management, marketing budget planning, or commercial spend processes.
• Experience working with SAP ERP systems and customer/vendor claim management processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Finance representative and key business counterpart for the finance transformation project.
• Own and maintain the Finance Project workstream, including project plan, milestone tracking, and stakeholder updates.
• Prepare Finance-related progress updates, key decisions, risks, and recommendations for Steering Committee meetings.
• Conduct pain point assessments, lead design workshops, coordinate testing and migration processes, and ensure the successful launch of the new commercial and marketing spend tools and any related impacted systems
• Ensure business requirements are well-documented, validated with users, and translated clearly into solution design
• Own User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios, coordinate business users, and sign off on readiness
• Lead change management and user adoption efforts across Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams
• Ensure the future-state solution complies with statutory and tax requirements and addresses risk control requirements
