To develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The Digital Marketer will demonstrate data-driven insights, digital platforms, and creative content to optimize performance across paid, owned, and earned media. This role plays a key part in aligning digital efforts with overall marketing objectives, ensuring consistent brand presence and measurable impact across all digital touchpoints.

As the Portfolio & Activation Manager, you will lead:

  1. Digital Campaign Execution:
    • Plan and drive end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, and Display Networks.
    • Setting campaign objectives, targeting audiences, managing budgets, and analyzing campaign performance metrics.
  2. Performance Marketing & Analytics:
    • Monitoring critical metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or Data Studio to derive actionable insights.
    • A/B testing creatives and landing pages to continuously optimize ad performance.
  3. Content Management:
    • Developing and implementing content calendars, aligning messaging with brand voice and campaign goals.
    • Managing daily engagement and community management across platforms (e.g., Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok).
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Worked closely with the portfolio team, IT, and agencies to align digital marketing with business goals.
    • Participated in campaign planning, performance reviews, and creative briefing processes.
  5. CRM & E-Commerce:
    • Worked closely with agencies and enablers (if needed).
  6. Team Management:
    • Recruit, motivate, and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent.

Who are we looking for?

A graduate with a University or Bachelor's Degree.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and implementing digital campaigns, leading social media, optimizing performance through analytics, and driving engagement between the brand and consumers across online platforms.

Skilled in owned, earned, and paid media, with confirmed cross-functional collaboration to support brand growth.

Strong marketing skills, understanding of the business objectives and processes.

An analytical approach with the ability to create and implement data analytics roadmaps.

Extensive capability in: Digital Advertising, Digital Activation, Social Media Marketing.

Decent knowledge of: CRM, E-Commerce.
