Job description

According to the equipment maintenance plan of the company's port project in Indonesia, various types of port machinery and equipment, such as quay cranes, yard cranes, front cranes, forklifts, conveyor belts, etc., are regularly inspected. Use professional tools to check the wear, looseness, corrosion, etc. of key equipment components, such as the wire rope, pulley, brake of the crane, the hydraulic system and steering system of the forklift, and record the equipment operating parameters and inspection results in detail. According to the equipment maintenance manual, perform daily maintenance work, including equipment cleaning, lubrication, tightening and regular replacement of wearing parts to ensure that the equipment is always in good operating condition, reduce the equipment failure rate, and ensure the continuity of port cargo loading and unloading operations.

Technical support

When port machinery and equipment fail, respond quickly and rush to the site. With solid professional knowledge and rich practical experience, use various testing instruments, such as multimeters, hydraulic testers, fault diagnosis instruments, etc., to accurately determine the cause and location of the failure. For different types of problems such as electrical failures, mechanical failures, hydraulic failures, etc., formulate detailed maintenance plans, and organize maintenance teams to carry out maintenance work in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Port Machinery and automatic control, port machinery and intelligent control, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, etc. from a Public University (UI, UGM, UNPAD, etc.).

More than 5 years of experience in port machinery, participated in the maintenance, repair and management of various types of port machinery and equipment, familiar with common faults and treatment methods of port machinery, and able to independently solve complex technical problems. Experience in mechanical equipment management of large port projects is preferred, and those who are familiar with local port machinery industry standards and specifications in Indonesia have a competitive advantage.

Proficient in English (oral and written) and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills in Indonesian.

Willing to travel domestically or internationally.

Have strong mechanical drawing reading ability, can accurately understand and interpret the assembly drawings, schematics and parts drawings of port machinery, and install, debug and repair equipment according to the drawings.

Proficient in Microsoft (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
