Job description

Every SME manufacturer, no matter how small, should have the ability to compete with larger players on an equal playing field.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and maximize sales profit, including but not limited to identifying and qualifying new sales leads.
  2. Approach and build rapport with potential customers/economic buyers through regular visits (direct selling).
  3. Proactively manage and build strong relationships with customers by addressing their needs and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  5. Negotiate and close deals.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams at HQ, including operations, supply chain, and logistics, to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications
  1. At least a Bachelor’s degree from any major.
  2. Approximately 2-4 years of experience as a Sales Resin / Masterbatch, preferably from a distributor or trader.
  3. Good technical knowledge and awareness of trends related to PET Plastic Products.
  4. Extensive network within the Resin, Masterbatch, and PET Plastic industries, especially at the SME level.
  5. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing large deals.
  6. Proactive with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Strong time management and organizational skills.
  9. Self-motivated and committed to staying updated with industry trends.
  10. Valid driving license and willingness to use personal vehicle for operational work.
