Job description

Chandra Asri is currently expanding its portfolio in the energy sector and incorporating its asset as well as operational infrastructure to support the expansion plan of the second world-scale integrated petrochemical complex in Indonesia, CAP2.

Responsibilities

  • To achieve sales target by contacting new and existing customers to promote the products, understanding customers' needs and identifying profitable sales, providing meaningful timely quote feedback and closing orders.
  • Manage and collect account receivables on time to ensure minimum delay.
  • Monitor daily delivery schedule index, product release from warehouse to ensure monthly delivery target is achieved.
  • Monitor contracts within timely periods (monthly, quarterly, yearly) to ensure they are on track and following the rules.
  • Understand market movements and help to formulate the right sales/pricing strategy to maintain and increase the company's market share.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Management, Business, Economics, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering from reputable universities.
  • Has 0-3 years of working experience as Sales / Account Executive.
  • Strong analytical thinking and quantitative skills, as well as the ability to comprehend market or economic issues despite incomplete or ambiguous information.
  • Demonstrate the ability to speak fluent English both written and spoken as well as excellent communication skills.
  • Able to build good relationships with all related stakeholders, especially with customers.
