Job description

Develop and implement project management standards, templates, and procedures.

Monitor project progress, schedules, costs, and risks.

Support project teams with planning, reporting, and documentation.

Provide management with consolidated project reports and dashboards.

Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and quality standards.

Facilitate communication between management and project teams.

Support resource allocation, budgeting, and project prioritization.

Identify risks, issues, and propose solutions.

Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline (Master’s Degree or PMP certification preferred).

Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in PMO setup and organizational development.

Proven track record in establishing and implementing PMO frameworks, methodologies, and governance structures.

Strong understanding of project management standards (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile) and ability to tailor methodologies to organizational needs.

Expertise in portfolio management, resource planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring.

Skilled in using PMO tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Jira, Power BI).

Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills to align projects with organizational strategy.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Ability to develop policies, procedures, and reporting systems for effective project governance.

Experience in training, mentoring, and strengthening project teams to build organizational capability.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
