The Fwd Group di Jakarta membuka peluang untuk posisi PMO Manager. Posisi ini mengarahkan perencanaan, eksekusi, pemantauan, dan penutupan proyek dalam portofolio perusahaan dengan fokus pada deliverables dan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan manajemen proyek.

Peran ini menuntut koordinasi lintas fungsi dengan pemangku kepentingan utama untuk memastikan ruang lingkup, jadwal, biaya, serta pelaporan berkala melalui dashboard dan rapat Steering Committee.

Responsibilities

• Mengelola perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pemantauan, pengendalian, dan penutupan proyek dalam Portofolio Proyek Perusahaan.
• Bekerja dengan pemangku kepentingan untuk mendefinisikan ruang lingkup, timeline, dan biaya; membuat rencana proyek terintegrasi.
• Mengorganisir anggota tim proyek agar pekerjaan berjalan sesuai rencana.
• Mengelola risiko, masalah, serta perubahan proyek jika diperlukan.
• Memantau kemajuan, anggaran, milestone, dan membandingkan kinerja aktual dengan rencana.
• Mengatur proses penutupan proyek, termasuk sign-off dan review pasca-implementasi.
• Mengelola komunikasi dengan pemangku kepentingan melalui laporan/dashboard dan rapat Steering Committee.
• Menjaga dokumentasi proyek sesuai kebijakan governance yang berlaku.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan - PMO Manager

Lead the role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing out projects classified as Company Project Portfolio.

• To work with key stakeholders to define clear project scope, timeline and cost; and create an integrated project plan focused on attaining the outlined goals.
• To organize the project team member to perform work in order to ensure all activities necessary are completed according to project plan.
• To manage the challenges/issues/risk involved in a particular project and dealing with changes to the project as and when necessary.
• To monitor & control the project, include monitoring the progress, managing the budget, ensuring that key milestones/deliverables are delivered and comparing actual performance against plan.
• To organize project management closure process include obtaining the formal sign-off from business user and conducting post-implementation review to identify key lessons learned.
• To manage the communication with key stakeholder i.e. to provide regular project report/dashboard and organize Project Steering Committee meeting/update.
• To ensure all the project activities performed in accordance with the applied project governance/policy include managing the necessary documentation.
