Job summary

FWD Insurance Indonesia seeks a Project Portfolio Manager to lead the planning, execution, monitoring and closure of the company’s project portfolio. You will work with key stakeholders to define scope, timelines and budgets, and ensure a disciplined governance framework across the project lifecycle.

You will organize project teams, manage risks and changes, monitor progress, and deliver regular dashboard updates to drive informed decision-making within a fast-paced insurance environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading project portfolios in insurance or financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• To work with key stakeholders to define clear project scope, timeline and cost; and create an integrated project plan focused on attaining the outlined goals.
• To organize the project team member to perform work in order to ensure all activities necessary are completed according to project plan.
• To manage the challenges/issues/risk involved in a particular project and dealing with changes to the project as and when necessary.
• To monitor & control the project, including monitoring progress, managing the budget, ensuring key milestones/deliverables are delivered and comparing actual performance against plan.
• To organize project management closure process including obtaining the formal sign-off from business user and conducting post-implementation review to identify key lessons learned.
• To manage the communication with key stakeholders i.e. to provide regular project report/dashboard and organize Project Steering Committee meetings/updates.
• To ensure all the project activities performed in accordance with the applied project governance/policy including managing the necessary documentation.
