Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Project Monitoring & Control: Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables against plans, identify potential issues, deviations, and risks, and escalate as necessary.
2. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, including status updates, risk assessments, financial summaries, and maintain organized documentation repositories.
3. PMO Process Support: Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining PMO policies, procedures, templates, and best practices.
4. Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
5. Risk and Issue Management: Assist in identifying, documenting, tracking, and managing project risks and issues; follow up on mitigation actions.
6. Quality Assurance: Support quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet standards.
