Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics Engineering, Physics Instrumentation, or equivalent from a reputable university.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical, automation, instrumentation systems, and inverter (MV & LV) as well as drive systems.
• Strong knowledge of PLC and automation systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Schneider).
• Ability to design, develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems, with experience in motion and inverter systems.
• Familiarity with robotic systems and programming, especially in industries where robotics are commonly used.
• Good communication skills; experience in training delivery is an advantage.
• Team player with sharp focus, able to work under pressure.
• Growth and solution-oriented mindset when facing difficulties and challenges.
• Positive beliefs and attitudes in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Program PLC and HMI based on control philosophy, logic matrix, sequence, and flow chart systems to maximize solutions and services for customers
• Analyze customer problems and perform troubleshooting to deliver the best solutions
• Provide advice and consultancy support to clients
• Apply best practices and leverage all available tools and resources to optimize end solutions
• Conduct on-site analysis and prepare specifications
• Prepare accurate technical and administrative reports as required
