Qualifications

• Ex-TNI/POLRI background preferred.
• Age up to 60 years.
• Physical and mental fitness required.
• Ability to plan security strategies for plantation areas.

Responsibilities

• Implementing security system according to SOP.
• Identify security and theft problems.
• Minimize loss in the estate.
• Make quick, precise decisions and coordinate work for customer satisfaction (internal and external).
• Be responsible for profitability within the staff scope.
• Plan, develop and empower HR needs and anticipate future staffing.
