Pt Cabot Indonesia membuka posisi Plant Operator untuk mendukung operasi produksi kimia di fasilitas kami. Tugas utama meliputi mengoperasikan peralatan terkait menggunakan DCS, mengikuti WI, dan menjaga kualitas produk selama proses berlangsung.

Qualifications

• Mempersiapkan dan mengoperasikan proses kimia menggunakan DCS.
• Mengikuti Instruksi Kerja (WI) dan Rencana Kontrol Kualitas Produk (PQCP).
• Menyesuaikan kontrol untuk mengatur variabel sesuai instruksi.
• Memantau dan memperbaiki gangguan proses untuk menjaga kondisi operasi.

Responsibilities

• Mengoperasikan peralatan terkait menggunakan DCS dan memastikan aliran proses berjalan sesuai standar.
• Melakukan kontrol kualitas selama proses produksi dan melakukan pengujian QC di jalur produksi.
• Melakukan perawatan ringan pada peralatan proses dan dukungan.
• Menginput perintah kerja serta material ke sistem manajemen jika diperlukan.
• Berpartisipasi dalam pertemuan keselamatan dan menjaga area kerja tetap aman dan bersih.

• Controls chemical process and operates all related equipment using the distributed control system (DCS).


• Follows work instructions (WI) and Product Quality Control Plans (PQCP).


• Adjusts controls to regulate variables as per instructions. Performs set up procedures to prepare systems for operation.


• Monitors and troubleshoots the process to maintain required operating conditions. Conducts in process Quality Control testing.


• Performs minor maintenance on process and support equipment.


• Depending on organization and location, may use business management system to enter work orders and requisitions.


• Depending on location, may transfer and move materials in heavy containers. Assists in packaging product for shipment and in loading/unloading product or raw materials.


• Participates in scheduled safety meetings and completes safety training requirements.


• Performs other duties as assigned. Keeps work area safe and clean.


• Supports efforts to implement and maintain the Responsible Care Management System in line with the requirements of the RC14001 technical specification, as applicable to the site/region.
