Lead, monitor, and evaluate Plant team performance, including people development.
Monitor Plant costs, investments, and operational development to support efficiency.
Analyze operational issues and develop effective strategies, initiatives, and continuous improvements.
Ensure a safe, healthy, and conducive work environment in compliance with K3 and 5S standards.
