The role entails overseeing factory employee performance, salary management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, particularly in the automotive sector. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills in both English and Japanese, and a minimum of 15 years in HR.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 Years of experience in the HR Field.
  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience in the Automotive sector.
  • Well experienced in the Permitting process and regulation, especially in Karawang Region.

Job Description

  • Performance management of all the Factory Employees
  • Conduct a Job analysis for each job to know the worth and reward him accordingly
  • Management of salaries and wages for the employees
  • Safety concerns and ensuring all safety programs are followed within the unit.
  • Negotiations with the job union to arrive at a consensus and frame a draft agreement
  • Needs to play a Key role in Forecasting the Labour Requirements and plan them accordingly
  • Give Training and Development to the employees
  • Ensure Safety and healthy working conditions for employees within the unit
  • IR Relations-Compliance Needs are monitored on a monthly basis and need to be taken corrective actions based on the monthly Report. This also needs to be consulted with the Factory manager.

Requirement

  • Male /Female
  • Minimum 15 Years of experience in the HR Field
  • Minimum of Bachelor Degree is a Must
  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience in the Automotive sector is a Must
  • Good Communication in English and Japanese Language is a Must
  • Expertise in the Labour law is mandatory
  • Well experienced in the Permitting process and regulation, especially in Karawang Region
