Overview

To strengthen PepsiCo's re-entry into Indonesia, we are looking for a Plant HR Business Partner to be based in our newly-established snack manufacturing plant in Cikarang.

What can you expect?

You will be working with senior leaders and peers at the plant to manage employee relations, ensure compliance with regulations, and coordinate services like onboarding, benefits, and training.

Responsibilities

We will count on you to:

  • Serve as a business partner for all Supply Chain Operations and support functions based in Cikarang.
  • Lead the end-to-end human resources functions, both strategic and operational, at the plant.
  • Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at the head office, on-site, and external entities such as regulatory bodies, industry groups, and government officials.
  • Support the implementation of HR Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives, organizational transformation programs, and local talent pipeline development.
  • Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of management systems related to HR, including ISO, OHSAS, GMP, HACCP, and compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Ensure site compliance with laws, policies, and labor standards, representing the organization with the Plant and Function Leadership team.
  • Manage site governance to ensure employee service levels, recommend process improvements, and suggest policy changes.
  • Oversee general affairs functions such as facilities management and administrative support.
Qualifications

What you need to have?

  • Willingness to be based in Cikarang.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as an HR manager in manufacturing companies.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fields from a reputable university.
  • Proven experience in business partnering and leadership.
  • Deep understanding of labor laws and end-to-end HR functions.
  • Track record of strategy development and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
