Job summary

Danone is seeking a Plant Controller to lead planning, controlling, reporting and analysis for the plant. The role focuses on integrating budgeting, cost control, asset management and financial performance improvement in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.

Successful candidate will coordinate with stakeholders, drive monthly and year-end closings, and ensure compliance with financial regulations across all Indonesia locations. Willingness to be placed across all locations in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Economics or Accounting).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing/Operations Finance, preferably FMCG.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Solid knowledge of financial management, costing, budgeting, and controlling.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for monthly & year-end closing and cost monitoring in plant.
• Prepare reporting and variance analysis of plant operating costs.
• Asset management: monitor asset additions, deductions and movements.
• Inventory management: monitor and control all inventory incl SPA & Co-packer.
• Review and validate proposed CAPEX/investment proposals.
• Lead budget process in plant (annual & monthly RF budget) with stakeholders.
• Financial performance analysis.
• Coordinate internal/external audit in Finance.

Focus to give business solution to business Partner (strategy and priority)/projects.

Main Responsibilities

• Accountable for monthly & year end closing process and cost monitoring in plant
• Prepare reporting and Variance Operation cost analysis Plant
• Asset Management Accountability to Monitoring Asset Additional, deduction and asset moving
• Inventory Management Accountability to monitoring and Control all Inventory incl SPA & Co-packer
• Review & validate proposed CAPEX/Investment proposal
• Lead Budget Process in Plant (Yearly & Monthly / RF budget ) with close coordination with all stake holder, including evaluate Actual vs Budget and Standard Costing Plant
• Financial Performance Analysis
• Internal/eksternal audit Control Area Finance

About you

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Economics or Accounting)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing/Operations Finance, preferably in FMCG industry
• Strong skills in accounting and financial analysis
• Solid knowledge of financial management, costing, budgeting, and controlling
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Business knowledge in FMCG industry, understanding the business model and manufacture operations
• Willing to be placed across all locations in Indonesia
