Job summary

PT Lion Super Indo is seeking a Retail Merchandising professional to develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise planograms that translate category strategies into consistent in-store execution.

You will enhance product visibility, space productivity, and the customer shopping experience while supporting commercial performance across existing, remodeled, and new stores. Located in Jakarta Selatan, a bachelor’s degree and at least four years in retail merchandising or related fields are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Retail Merchandising, Category Management, Space Planning, Planogram, Store Planning, or Commercial Analytics.
• Experience supporting grocery or modern retail operations preferred.
• Knowledge in Category Management, Retail merchandising, space planning, store operations, shelf optimization, analytics, and project coordination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Retail Merchandising, Category Management, Space Planning, Planogram, Store Planning, or Commercial Analytics.
• Experience supporting grocery or modern retail operations is preferred.
• Has knowledge and experienced in Category Management principles, Retail merchandising and space planning, Store operations and merchandising standards, Product assortment and shelf optimization, Retail performance analysis, Project coordination
