Job summary

PT Inti Citra Agung (Optik Melawai) is seeking a detail-oriented Store Planogram Staff to support store layout planning, product placement, and visual merchandising across our retail outlets. The role focuses on accurate data handling, planogram maintenance, and coordinating with multiple departments to meet SLAs.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, is proficient in Excel, and can manage multiple tasks with precision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Statistics, Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel for data processing, analysis, and reporting.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and highly accurate in handling data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet established deadlines.
• Experience in retail operations, inventory management, or planogram-related roles is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and ensure timely completion of planograms for new store openings and renovations.
• Monitor stock allocation at each branch to comply with product composition guidelines and store capacity.
• Ensure product composition and placement align with each branch's requirements and capacity.
• Maintain planogram data, stock composition records, and related documentation using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure SLAs are met.
