Planning Executive in Indonesia - Your future position?

Being one of the Planning Executive team in Givaudan, a company leader in the fragrance and flavour industry, you are a 'front liner' within a production process cycle. You will be part of the Supply Chain team in Givaudan Indonesia, based in Depok, reporting directly to the Logistic and Planning Manager. As a Planning Executive, you will execute day-to-day planning activities to ensure sufficient raw material, trading items, and production scheduling for in-house production as well as customer orders at the right Inventory Level, Quality, Time, and Cost.

  • Manage planning area and its requirements properly.
  • Manage Planning KPI’s to meet the Planning Objectives.
  • Communicate planning information effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Seek planning optimization and improvements to support planning activities.

Your professional profile includes:

  • Bachelor's degree in related disciplines (Industrial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, etc.).
