Piping Supervisor

Job Accountabilities:

• Monitor piping work on construction site to ensure safety, meet quality requirements, and be on-time.
• Inspect material and equipment to adhere to safety and quality requirements.
• Report the work progress to superior regularly.
• Review piping work procedures and work method statements.
• Participate in job hazard analysis meetings related to piping work.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction, including coordinating with other supervisors, contractors, and superiors as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in site supervision activities of petrochemical, chemical, oil & gas, refineries, or fertilizer projects.
• Familiar with international codes and standards (especially ASME 31.3, ASME, API, PTS, SHELL DEP, etc.).
• Well-versed in fabrication, erection, welding QA/QC, and commissioning of piping for petrochemical or oil and gas process industry.
• Familiar with coordination work with civil & structural, mechanical, instrumentation, and electrical interfacing with regard to layout and piping design.
• Proficient in using MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Willing to work on a contract basis (1 year), and this position will be placed at the site office project.
