Job summary

Thamrin Group in Indonesia seeks a dynamic PIC YPM (Automotive - Two Wheels) to lead sales operations and drive growth for its two-wheeler division. You will oversee branch performance, forecast sales, manage stock, and coach a high-performing team to exceed KPIs.

The role requires strong leadership, customer and partner relationship skills, and proficiency with CRM and MS Office to optimize sales processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years in Sales or Branch Operations within the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities for customers and partners.
• Proficiency in sales forecasting, stock planning, funnel management, CRM, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the branch's overall sales operations to meet targets per SOP.
• Develop monthly sales plans, aggressive strategies, and stock projections.
• Coach the sales team through briefings, reviews, mentoring, and evaluations.
• Supervise marketing activities, leasing partnerships, and strategic alliances.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with insights and actions.

As a PIC YPM (Automotive - Two Wheels) , you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of sales operations, contributing to the growth and success of our automotive business.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Marketing, Communication, or other relevant fields
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales or Branch Operations within the automotive industry, preferably as a Branch Head or similar role
• Exhibit strong leadership capabilities, including coaching, performance management, and team development
• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build effective relationships with customers, leasing partners, and internal teams.
• Demonstrate proficiency in sales forecasting, stock planning, sales funnel management, and the use of dealer systems, scoring tools, CRM, and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall sales operations of the branch, ensuring targets are achieved effectively and efficiently according to SOP
• Develop monthly sales plans, aggressive sales strategies, and accurate stock projections based on market trends and branch needs
• Manage and coach the sales team through daily briefings, performance reviews, mentoring, and regular evaluation to maximize closing ratios and achieve KPIs
• Supervise marketing activities, partnership programs with leasing, and strategic alliances to expand market reach and enhance sales performance
• Produce analytical daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports that include target achievements, deviations, and recommended action plans
