Job summary

PT. CREDO FORGE INDONESIA is seeking a Physiotherapist to perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement evidence-based care plans, and deliver hands-on manual therapy.

You will manage EMR documentation with SATUSEHAT integration and educate patients on posture, prevention, and home exercise programs. The role requires 1–3 years of clinical experience, active STRF registration, and eligibility for SIPF licensing.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited university.
• ACTIVE STRF registration (ministry of health) required.
• SIPF license eligibility for the facility in DKI Jakarta.
• 1–3 years of clinical practice in reputable physiotherapy settings.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia; English working proficiency; basic Korean a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments with ROM, MMT, and special tests.
• Formulate and execute evidence-based individualized care plans and manual therapy.
• Record findings and outcomes in the EMR system integrated with SATUSEHAT.
• Educate patients on posture, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with Technical PIC and management to review recovery trajectories.

Job description

This is a Physiotherapist position involving comprehensive physiotherapy assessment, formulation and execution of evidence-based care plans, electronic medical records management, patient education, and clinical case collaboration with specialized rehabilitation techniques.

Key responsibilities

Perform detailed initial assessments, including anamnesis, static/dynamic postural analysis, range of motion (ROM) measurements, Manual Muscle Testing (MMT), and orthopedic special tests

Formulate tailored, evidence-based individual care plans and execute hands-on manual therapy (joint mobilization, myofascial soft tissue release, trigger point therapy) and therapeutic corrective exercises

Accurately record clinical findings, diagnostic tags, treatment records, and patient outcome evaluations in the clinic's EMR system integrated with the Ministry of Health's SATUSEHAT platform

Educate patients on ergonomic posture correction, injury prevention, and personalized Home Exercise Programs (HEP) in a clear, communicative, and empathetic manner

Collaborate closely with the Technical Person-in-Charge (Penanggung Jawab Teknis) and Management to evaluate patient recovery trajectories and integrate specialized Korean rehabilitation techniques

About you

Minimum Diploma III (D3), Applied Bachelor (D4), Bachelor of Science (S1) in Physiotherapy, or Professional Physiotherapist degree (Profesi Ftr.) from an accredited university

Must possess an ACTIVE Registration Certificate (STRF - Surat Tanda Registrasi Fisioterapis) issued by KTKI / Ministry of Health RI

Willing and legally eligible to process a Practice License (SIPF - Surat Izin Praktik Fisioterapis) for our facility in DKI Jakarta (must have an available SIP quota under UU No. 17/2023)

Minimum 1 to 3 years of clinical practice in a reputable physiotherapy clinic, hospital, or orthopedic/sports rehabilitation center (High-performing fresh graduates holding Profesi Ftr. with strong manual therapy competencies are welcome to apply)

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; Conversational to intermediate working proficiency in English is required to communicate with international expatriate (Basic Korean is a plus)
