Physical Education Teacher for Middle and High School

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in the relevant field of study, preferably in education (certified teacher).
• Knowledge of International Curricula will be most preferred.
• Able to commit to a minimum of a one-year contract.
• Minimum of 5 (five) years of teaching experience, preferably in an international or multicultural setting.
• Creative approach to teaching and learning.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in classroom management.

Responsibilities :

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the varying needs and proficiency levels of students.
• Developing teaching and learning program.
• Supervise, instruct and assist student’s process of learning, provide thorough feedback to students on their assignments, prepare and implement assessment items.
• Determine curriculum changes in general and for individual students.
• Prepare evidence of student outcomes through displays, portfolios, performances, and publications (newsletter, booklets, magazines)
• Support, motivate and encourage students in all aspects of school activities.
• Maintain accurate and complete records for students and all administration in an efficient, orderly and up-to-date manner.
• Maintain professional and open lines of communication with parents.

In connection with the Government Regulations, effective 2015, the legal entity of Sekolah Cita Buana has been adjusted to an SPK (Satuan Pendidikan Kerjasama) School.

Sekolah Cita Buana prides itself on successfully integrating the Indonesian National Curriculum with the internationally accredited IPC (International Primary Curriculum), IMYC (International Middle Years Curriculum) and the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) Senior Secondary System to provide our students with an innovative and dynamic educational experience. It follows a system of externally-moderated school-based assessment. Classes are conducted primarily in English.
