Job description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preliminary research and investigation of photovoltaic projects, and formulating project plans and schedules.
• Organize project construction, coordinate resources from all parties, and control construction progress and quality.
• Strictly control project costs, identify and respond to various risks.
• Responsible for project commissioning, acceptance, and completion documentation.
• Maintain internal and external relationships to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

Qualifications

• Over 1 year of experience as a photovoltaic project manager, having participated in more than 2 photovoltaic projects.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with mainstream photovoltaic equipment, network architecture, and delivery processes; relevant technical certifications are preferred.
• Strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and teams.
• Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, capable of handling daily business communication;
• Possesses a sense of responsibility and stress tolerance, able to adapt to high-intensity project schedules;
• Demonstrates strong teamwork spirit and leadership, capable of leading a team to complete complex tasks.
