Job description

We are seeking a talented Photographer Property to join our dynamic team. As a Photographer Property, you will capture visually stunning and engaging video content showcasing our premier real estate developments in Uluwatu, Badung, Bali. This full-time position is an exciting opportunity to utilize your filmmaking expertise and creativity to support the company's marketing and sales efforts.

What you'll be doing

Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-quality video productions for real estate properties, including virtual tours, property walkthroughs, and promotional videos

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts that effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of our properties

Shoot and edit professional-grade video content using advanced camera equipment and video editing software

Ensure that all video content adheres to the company's branding guidelines and messaging

Stay up-to-date with the latest video production trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality and impact of our video content

Manage video production schedules and coordinate with other team members to ensure the timely delivery of projects

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional photographer, videographer or cinematographer, used to operating drones. A strong portfolio of real estate, property, or similar video productions is a plus.

Proficient in the use of high-end video cameras, lighting equipment, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro)

Excellent creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to capture the unique essence of real estate properties through video

Strong technical skills in video production, including expertise in camera operation, lighting, audio, and post-production

Proven track record of delivering high-quality video content that meets or exceeds client expectations

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing visually stunning, technically sound video content

Preferably candidates who are located around the Bukit Peninsula area: Jimbaran, Ungasan, Pecatu and Nusa Dua.
