Job summary

PT. SABI TEHNIK, based in Cilegon, Indonesia, is seeking a technical engineer skilled in CAD design, documentation, and BOM/BoQ-based estimation.

Job description

This is a technical engineering position requiring expertise in CAD design, technical documentation, and material/service estimation based on engineering drawings and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Create drawings using CAD applications such as AutoCAD, Solidwork, Catia or similar software
• Read and understand technical drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawings
• Prepare administrative and technical documents for tender and other purposes
• Understand and calculate material and/or service requirements based on drawings, technical specifications, and BoQ
• Process data using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel including basic formulas

About you

• Bachelor's degree (S1), Diploma 4 (D4), or Diploma 3 (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or Applied Engineering
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Experience preferred; fresh graduates will also be considered
• Able to create drawings using CAD applications such as AutoCAD, Solidwork, Catia or similar
• Able to read and understand technical drawing, detailed drawing, and as-built drawing
• Able to prepare administrative or technical documents for tender or other purposes
• Able to understand and calculate material and/or service requirements based on drawing, technical specifications, and BoQ
