Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Apoteker) required.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Pharmacist with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Understanding of Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations.
• Experience in pharmacy operations, inventory management, procurement and supply chain.
• Experience in developing and monitoring SOPs and quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee pharmacy operations across Filmore Medical Clinics and Apotek Filmore Pharma.
• Ensure adequate pharmacist staffing via recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and workforce planning.
• Monitor inventory, stock accuracy, procurement, and wastage minimization.
• Develop, implement, and improve SOPs and workflows in line with regulations and standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance across all locations.
• Coach and develop the pharmacy team with regular training and performance review.
• Coordinate product knowledge sessions and keep staff updated on products and SOPs.
• Support growth of Apotek Filmore Pharma by identifying opportunities and expanding portfolio.
• Collaborate with medical, operations, and commercial teams to improve services and efficiency.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement.
• Willing to travel between Filmore locations as required.

Pharmacy Supervisor (Maternity Leave Replacement)

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee pharmacy operations across Filmore Medical Clinics and Apotek Filmore Pharma to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality pharmaceutical services.

Ensure adequate pharmacist staffing by supporting recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and workforce planning across all pharmacy operations.

Monitor inventory management, stock accuracy, medication availability, and procurement while minimizing wastage and preventing stock shortages.

Develop, implement, and continuously improve pharmacy SOPs and operational workflows in compliance with applicable pharmaceutical regulations and company standards.

Ensure regulatory compliance, licensing requirements, and quality assurance across all pharmacy operations, including clinics, Instalasi Farmasi, and Apotek.

Lead, coach, and develop the pharmacy team through regular training, performance monitoring, and continuous professional development initiatives.

Coordinate product knowledge sessions and ensure pharmacy staff are updated on new products, services, pharmaceutical protocols, and SOPs.

Support the growth of Apotek Filmore Pharma by identifying new product opportunities, expanding the product portfolio, and collaborating with relevant teams to drive business performance.

Collaborate with medical, operations, and commercial teams to optimize pharmacy services, improve patient experience, and enhance operational efficiency.

Monitor pharmacy performance, analyze operational data, prepare reports, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives across all pharmacy business units.

Willing to travel between Filmore Medical Clinics and Apotek locations as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Apoteker) .

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Pharmacist, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role in a clinic, hospital, pharmacy, or healthcare setting.

Understanding of Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations.

Proven experience in pharmacy operations, inventory management, procurement, and medication supply chain.

Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality improvement initiatives.

Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills with the ability to develop and motivate pharmacy teams.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with pharmacy management systems.

Willing to travel between Filmore Medical Clinics and Apotek locations as required.
