About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Executive to join our dynamic team at Siloam Hospitals Group (Tbk). In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the pharmacy operations and strategic direction of our healthcare facilities located in Karawaci - Banten.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing strategic leadership and management oversight for the pharmacy department across our hospital network.
2. Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure efficient and compliant pharmacy operations.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, drive cost savings, and enhance patient care.
4. Monitoring and analyzing pharmacy performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement.
5. Overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of the pharmacy team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
6. Fostering a positive and patient-centric culture within the pharmacy department.
7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards.

What we're looking for

1. A bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related healthcare field.
2. 8+ years of experience in a pharmacy management or leadership role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
3. Comprehensive understanding of pharmacy operations, regulations, and best practices.
4. Proven track record of driving process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
7. Proficient in data analysis and strategic decision-making.
