Responsibilities

• Oversee finishing scheduling, including setup and operation of packaging equipment.
• Leverage experience to adapt standard methods to improve efficiency, throughput, and quality.
• Identify delivery and process improvements for various work situations.
• Complete batch records and documentation in an integrated manufacturing environment.
• Train and guide team members, share knowledge across work groups, and ensure sound technical judgment.
