Pfizer Indonesia is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to support the finishing and packaging of finished goods in a controlled environment. You will ensure accurate execution of batch records, maintain equipment, and collaborate with teammates to meet production targets.

Utilizing your four-plus years in manufacturing, you will apply strong analytical and mathematical skills, communicate instructions clearly, and help drive quality improvements across the line while training newer team members.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED plus 4+ years in manufacturing.
• Strong math and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and coordination of others in a team.
• Experience in assembly and packaging of finished goods.
• Ability to work in a controlled temperature environment with clean room attire.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee product finishing scheduling and packaging equipment.
• Adapt methods to improve efficiency, throughput and quality.
• Identify delivery and process improvements for various work situations.
• Complete batch records in an integrated computerized manufacturing environment.
• Contribute to team deliverables and assist less-experienced colleagues.
• Troubleshoot process issues and provide direction and training.
