Job description

Job Description

  1. Develop and implement HR Strategies and Initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  2. Build constructive relationships between all stakeholders both internally and externally.

  3. Monitor internal and external labour relations trends and submit relevant reports to Management.

  4. Facilitate the implementation of regular meetings between management and labour.

  5. Coordinate the implementation of employee programs and employee relations.

  6. Communicate, distribute and implement changes to all employees.

  7. Enhance management and labour knowledge on Industrial Relations related issues.

  8. Review and revise Company Regulations/Peraturan Perusahaan, Collective Labour Agreement, wage review and labour related policies and procedures.

  9. Dispute Settlement.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum bachelor degree in Law, Psychology, or Human Resources Management.

  2. BNSP certified as HR Manager.

  3. Advanced communication skills.

  4. Strong working knowledge and experience in Man Power Planning budget, recruitment strategies, KPI.

  5. Deep understanding of all aspects of HR (Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Industrial Relations, People Development).

  6. Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision.

  7. Strong experience in compensation & benefits with background in organizational development.

  8. Preferably able to speak Japanese (min. equal to N3) and English.
