About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about sports, fitness, or wellness, and want to grow in a professional, international environment. No experience? No problem. You’ll be trained and certified directly in the official Dr.stretch method, trusted by athletes and health enthusiasts across Asia.

What you'll be doing

• Provide one-on-one assisted stretching sessions to clients
• Follow training and protocols of the Dr.stretch Core Balance Stretch method
• Guide clients in improving posture, flexibility, and wellness
• Maintain service quality, cleanliness, and client comfort
• Represent the Dr.stretch brand with enthusiasm and professionalism

What we\'re looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree (any major) – Fresh graduates are welcome
• Also open for vocational school (SMK) or high school (SMA) graduates with strong interest in fitness
• Strong physical stamina and willingness to work with clients hands-on
• Interest in anatomy, movement, and wellness
• Friendly personality and good communication skills
• No prior experience in stretching/therapy required – we will train you!
