We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Personal Assistant to support a business owner involved in multiple ventures. The ideal candidate will provide end-to-end administrative, logistical, and personal support to ensure smooth daily operations and time efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle email, messages, and correspondence with confidentiality and precision.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and take accurate meeting notes.
- Follow up on deadlines, tasks, and outstanding items from discussions.
- Assist in managing business and personal errands to optimize executive productivity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Administration, Communication, Psychology, Marketing, or related field).
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management.
- Able to maintain high confidentiality and integrity.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced, multi-business environments.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, etc).
- Familiarity with task or calendar management tools (Google Calendar, Notion, Trello, or similar).
Soft Skills:
