Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Job Description:

The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO of Wilopo Cargo, ensuring smooth operations and efficient management of various tasks. This position requires someone who is organized, proactive, and skilled in both administrative tasks and financial management.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain various sheets, reports, and analysis as needed by the CEO.
  • Ensure proper filing and organization of documents and records.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing the CEO's personal finances, including monitoring and organizing expenses.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and schedules for different activities and projects.
  • Prepare comprehensive lists and plans for various events, tasks, or activities.
  • Provide assistance in ad-hoc tasks or special projects as required.
  • Remain flexible and mobile, willing to travel and adapt to changing needs.

Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.

Skills:

  • Strong background in finance or a solid understanding of financial management.
  • Proficient in using productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Other Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
