A leading company is seeking a Personal Assistant for the President Director. The role involves managing schedules, organizing emails, and assisting with travel plans. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, fluent English, and substantial experience (8-10 years) in a similar position.
Maintain and update the President Director calendar regularly.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and events as per priority and availability.
Manage and organize the President Director email inbox.
Prioritize emails and respond on behalf of the principal when necessary.
Keep track of tasks and deadlines.
Create to-do lists and assist in task prioritization.
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations as required.
Attend meetings to take notes, minutes, and action items.
Assist with travel planning, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Regularly communicate with the President Director to provide updates on task status and upcoming appointments.
Qualification :
Bachelor Degree from any major.
Must be fluent in English.
Have min. 8-10 years experience in Personal Assistant or Secretary for Director.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Adaptability and the ability to handle changing priorities.
