Job description

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, dedicated, and organized Personal Assistant to join our team. The candidate will be fully responsible for all tasks assigned by the Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Organize and manage the Director’s daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and personal agenda.
  2. Prepare and compile reports, presentations, and meeting materials for the Director.
  3. Provide alternative and creative ideas to the Director.
  4. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  5. Manage and organize important documents and files, ensuring information and records are well stored and easily accessible.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with clients, business partners, and other relevant parties on behalf of the Director.
  7. Perform other personal tasks as requested by the Director to support daily operations and business activities.
Required Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant/Secretary or in other administrative roles, preferably in large corporations.
  3. Good attitude, trustworthy, flexible, and confident.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (mandatory); Hokkien and Mandarin are advantageous.
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  6. Professional demeanor, high integrity, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
  7. Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
  8. High-energy personality with a go-getter attitude, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
  9. Residence in Medan is preferable. Placement: Medan, North Sumatra.
  10. Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check.
  11. Self-assessment of English language skills.
  12. Languages spoken fluently.
